Red Lobster has a Birthday coupon for $5 off two entrees. I haven't used this one yet just because it hasn't been convenient to do so yet:A list of friends who aren't into seafood and timing. Sometimes you just miss the window, so pay attention to the deadlines on the coupons. I have received coupons from them at other times of the year too.
Marie Callendar's emails out a coupon for $5 off the Birthday entree and a free slice of pie for each entree ordered. My friend ordered dinner and got free pie too. They send out coupons throughout the year.
Wendy's sends a $1 off coupon for a premium combo deal. Not a lot off but not an expensive meal either.

BOGS Buy One Get Something Free
These are usually some type of dessert for the Birthday person, sometimes for the whole group but not often.
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse will give you an update that you can receive a complimentary pizookie' dessert on your Birthday. This one doesn't require a coupon just an ID if they ask for it.
Mookie's Northwest Grill e-reminds you that they will give you a free dessert with an ID that shows your Birthday's within the month you visit them. Their dinner salad here is a favorite of mine with croutons they make in-house. With wood-fire oven pizza's and great atmosphere, show up early if you want a booth. Now closed down......
Papa Murphy's has a buy a pizza get free cookie dough coupon for your birthday and sends out other deals often for you to use. Take and bake is much more affordable for sure and tastes better than most of the frozen pizzas in the store.

BOGO Buy One Get One Deals
These work best with two people if you plan to dine in, but can be used as take out (if not otherwise specified on the coupon) for one (seems less silly than getting two when by yourself), or as a good savings for a family. It's a little harder to use these with a friend unless you work something out ahead of time. Be aware of the times these coupons expire, it would be sad to miss it by one day.
Homestyle Buffet sends you coupons for buy one get one meals with the purchase of a beverage. I seem to recall getting drinks with the price of the buffet in the past. They must have decided the profit on drinks are much higher than on food.
Sizzler sends you a buy one get one entree for when you sign up and near your Birthday. Anyone who loves salad bars would like theirs. Not exactly huge, but pretty good for our area right now in regard to "rabbit" food.
Dairy Queen emails out buy one blizzard get one free coupons for your birthday and at other times of the year as well. What can I say but this is a nostalgic trip for me. Their link to the e-Club is currently at the bottom of the link page.

These are offers that work well if you are alone, in a group or doing seperate checks. Check the expiration dates. All of them usually say they may ask for confrimation ID. So far no one has asked me. Remember to sign up the people in your family too.
El Torito sends you a free Guacamole coupon when you join and a coupon for up to $12 in food for the month of your Birthday. The guac is made table side to order and the new Pineapple Sweetcorn Tamale with Achoita Chicken is fabulous, sweet and spicy. The Sour Cream Enchilada's are really good too. They had some really good deals on Face book over the holidays this year. After returning twice and being disappointed greatly I can no longer recommend this reataurant.

Steakhouse fixings that are decent most of the time, with peanut shells on the floor and a window into the kitchen. Upon joining they sent out the same $10 coupon. Some good holiday deals and weekly specials too. Can't say they are as good as they use to be.
Red Robin's Red Royalty Card can be picked up in the restaurant. You receive a free app for signing up on-line, a free burger for your Birthday and can earn a free burger for every ten you buy. Lots of burger choices to savor.
IHOP sends out a coupon for a free Rooty Tootie Fresh and Fruity. For an inexpensive meal, it works. For something that you will love, I would look somewhere else. But free food might just be worth it. I do like the fruit topped pancakes.

If you go to the lunch buffet it is absolutely free for one, with a couple bucks left over for someone else or a later trip in the month. The last time I went they just eliminated the extra bucks.
